The Multicultural Center hosted its second SWIRL event November 8 in the International Resource Center (formerly International Lounge). The SWIRL is an open mic opportunity for students and community members to come together and share their art. Spoken word, songs, poetry, rap, monologues--anything goes, as long as it comes from a place of creativity. Stay tuned for flyers indicating the date, time, and place of the next SWIRL, and then you can bring your talents or just attend to expand your horizons.
