MEChA provided a well planned and educational program for this year's Dia de los Muertos celebration. The Erb Memorial Union Fir Room was packed on the evening of November 2nd with singing, dancing and even tears as the "Day of the Dead" was spent remembering those who have died, and celebrating the joys and wonders of death itself. This year's program featured a special photographic tribute to infants who have died in Mexico. The display was brought from Mexico to be shared with our community in honor of the event, and the photos made quite an impact on many viewers and participants. This year's Dia de los Muertos was one of the most successful yet, and is a reflection of the work and dedication of the MEChA members.
